All glass pieces are handmade. Because of the nature of stained and fused glass, no two items are exactly alike. Minor variations, bubbles, inclusions, or subtle irregularities are normal and part of the beauty of the medium.

Custom Orders
Custom orders may be available for select pieces.

Color combinations and minor design elements may vary from the photographed example.

Because custom work is made specifically for you, custom orders are generally final sale unless the item arrives damaged.

Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
We do our best to ensure accurate pricing, but we reserve the right to correct errors.
Payment
We accept payments through secure third-party payment processors.
Your payment information is not stored by DAGA.
An order is not confirmed until payment is received and the transaction is approved.
Shipping
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or listed in the shop.
Once an order is shipped, delivery timing is dependent on the carrier. DAGA is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, the buyer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Damaged Items
