Because each piece is handcrafted, we want you to feel confident in your purchase while also protecting the integrity of custom and delicate glass work. Please read the policy below before ordering.

Returns
Standard (Non-Custom) Items
We accept returns for non-custom items for exchange or store credit.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in original condition.

The item must be returned in the original packaging to ensure safe transport.

The return must be initiated within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be issued store credit to use toward another purchase.
Custom Items
Custom-created items are not returnable and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Because these pieces are made specifically for you, we cannot restock or resell them.
Refunds
Damaged During Transit
A refund or remake will be issued only if a piece is broken or damaged during shipping.
To request a refund or remake, please email:

At least two photos of the damaged packaging

At least two photos of the broken or damaged piece

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, DAGA will either:

Issue a refund, or
-
Remake the item when possible
Exchanges
Eligible Items
Exchanges are available for non-custom items only.
You will receive store credit once:

The item is received by DAGA
-
It arrives in good condition
-
It is shipped back in the original packaging
Store credit can be applied toward any available item in the shop.
Not Eligible

Custom-created pieces
-
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care after delivery
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and careful packaging, as glass is fragile.
